Being the most widely used smal pellet press, the ZLSP-A Type Diesel Pellet Mill follows the principles of a typical flat die pellet machine. Its operation is very simple: the raw material is fed from the hopper into the available space between the die, which rotates continuously, and rollers, which remain in place. Then the material is compressed by the components and driven into the die holes, where the material gets its granular, cylindrical form that we commonly know as pellet. Thus, the wood is cut into equal parts and comes out through the discharge opening.
