Rotating Roller Wood Pellet Mill
There are two flat die pellet mills available for your small pelletizing business. The first type, which includes rotating rollers and a stationary die, is GEMCO rotating roller pellet mill, whereas the second type combines a stationary roller with a rotating roller. For both models, the service life of their motor and gear box is 1 year, whereas the service life of their upper body and main shaft box is 5 years. For the rest of parts, their service life is 1 year.
Special Features:
1. Gears are made of high quality case-hardened nitrogen-alloyed steel which ensures durability and efficiency while reducing noise. Another advantage is that the mill weight/force bearing capacity is increased while temperature in the gear box is decreased.
2. The main shaft is designed to endure heavy loads and bear strong axial forces, and thus increasing durability.
3. The use of a large-diameter roller is key to increase pelletization rate as well as the uniformity and strength of the final pellets.
4. Wear-resistant rollers and double-sided dies guarantee their long lasting performance and extended service life.
5. All bearings are sealed to prevent dust accumulation.
6. You can choose different diameters for your final pellets between 6-12mm.
